Historical Background The story behind the success achieved and the great progress made today by Astra Digital Co., Ltd. since its establishment is mainly attributed to the fact that the founding members and the management team of the company had envisioned that modern technology would play an indispensable role in our daily lives. Satellite tuner, picture-in-picture feature, and dual language capability etc. In the Medical field, laser technology has been developed for various surgeries as well as telemedicine via satellite.
Since Thailand is a developing country, it needs to open its doors widely to welcome new and up-to-date technologies from the developed countries in order to get a competitive edge in the world market. If we wait to develop our own technology, we shall be left far behind and will take many more years to become an industrialized country.
